Service

By creating an account or using CloseCall ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

CloseCall is an AI-powered voice practice platform. You paste a client brief from platforms like Fiverr or Upwork, and the Service simulates a voice call with an AI persona built from that brief. After the call, you receive a performance score and feedback.

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.

Free accounts receive 2 practice call sessions. Free calls are provided as-is and may be limited in duration, features, or quality compared to paid plans. We reserve the right to change free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid plans (Pitcher and Closer) are billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• International payments are processed by Polar.sh. Their terms and refund policies also apply.
• Pakistani payments (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) are processed manually. Approval typically takes 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject any payment request.

You retain ownership of any brief text you paste into the Service. By submitting a brief, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI systems solely to generate your practice session. We do not sell or share your brief content with third parties. We store call transcripts for scoring purposes and delete them when your account is deleted.

You must not:

• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or generated sessions.
• Circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts or technical means.

We make no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect paid users. Features available on free plans may be changed or removed without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated personas, scores, or feedback are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. CloseCall is a practice tool. Results in real client calls may differ.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseCall and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business losses.
